About Me

Kaliesha P. Thompson is a Therapist, Intentional Healing Coach, Author and Entrepreneur who has a dream of seeing mental, emotional and spiritual healing in the communities she serves. As a native of California, Kaliesha attended Berkeley High School and served the community in a variety of ways including working in the schools and creating counseling groups at her high school. It was there that she became immersed in her passion for a career in psychology. Kaliesha pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Spelman College, and now holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. She currently uses her God given gifts to reduce the effects of depression, fear, rejection and abandonment that plague the community. 

Kaliesha’s approach to therapy and coaching is very unique. During the healing process, she helps individuals give expression to unspoken hurt and trauma through authentic transparency.

Affectionately known as Lady K, Kaliesha currently serves at the historical Paseo Baptist Church, alongside her amazing husband, Senior Pastor, LaRon M. Thompson. Together, LaRon and Kaliesha have the joy of raising two handsome and amazing young black men, Kaleb 10 and Jaedon 13. As a family, they are engaged in several activities and organizations throughout the Metro area with the vision of bringing God’s transforming love and hope to all people.
